Aviary
The Aviary is home to twelve birds of prey, four aquatic turtles, and four terrestrial turtles, each of whom cannot be returned to the wild because of either injury or human handling.

While the aviary gate is closed for the season to the public, visitors can still walk outside and around the gate to view the birds from outside and also use the U-turn to learn further details about each bird species.
The U-turn was purchased from a grant award received by the friends of Maryland State parks this year.
